Come into my Lab!

My name is Gerald Williams and this is my ‘SCRUM Blog’. I am based in the UK - Wales to be exact, but I do get about quite a bit - Canada, France, India etc

By day I am the owner of Project Labs and work with companies eager to use Agile Methodologies to provide solutions more quickly to their customers!

I have worked as a Programmer, Architect, DBA, Programme Manager, Director etc so you could say I have seen most thing over the last 20 years in IT. I have performed troubleshooting on many Projects and Programmes using agile techniques in the Online and more offline sectors of industry, and from large corporations to much smaller companies.

I am currently working with one of the fastest growing Online Exchanges in the world. Prior to that I worked for one of the fastest growing Internet Security companies in the world. It keeps me busy, excited and I cannot wait to get to the work in the morning - yes it really is that interesting!
